ok so im driving home from work... at 730am.... and this white 97 civic coupe with a lipkit with side skirts that looked like they were on backwards flys by me at like 85... so im like ok im game... but i also realize its rush hour and there is a crapload of cars on the road...

but im following him for a while... matching him move for move, and i cant pass him cause there are a lot of cars...

so i notice his windows are illegal dark, and he has a peashooter pipe...

i dunno if that qualifies as rice... but hes car sure was slow... i was on his *** the whole time...

oh and he also had shaved emblems... im pretty sure it was an ex... but who can tell cause if they took the time to paint the body kit and stuff...
