duno if this has been posted. probably not since I didn't come across it..

here's a pic of it on a RSX but should fit ours nonetheless....

Mugen's got one out just like it.

I wonder does it help. hmmmmmmm.

should do more than those ebay rear shock tower bars though.

edit: here's a pic of attachment point. bad picture though.

Looks pretty close to being right above the shocks. I wonder what it's hooked to.

You guys think it'll fit in our cars? I'll check it out tomorrow to see if the attachment points are there. I doubt it though. There's two bolts on either side I believe...

They most likely cut the carpet out, as you had to do with the older Tegs.

I don't think we're sure if it fits yet.

I checked out what we have back there. It's basically the same setup as the RSX, but we'de have to cut out some of our carpet and some of our plastic. Then we'de have to drill holes into the metal for some bolts. I think the RSX's have those there, so all they do is bolt them on. I was reading some posts over at ClubRSX.com and people seemed to like the ones that span the struts in back better than the ones that span the frame behind the seats. Maybe that's the way to go?

I would think spanning across the seats reinforcing open space is better than spanning across shock towers that already have a thick frame between it...

yeah I think its out and I think it fits. BUT, I think its a b#&$*(# to get in there.

That might be true... Although the sheet metal in that area isn't exactly that sturdy. Spanning it might be fruitless if the sheet metal itself flexes like a biatch. Maybe I'll buy the Mugen strut bars in the future though. I'm getting a job in not too long, so I'll have money money money for a ton of mods. I'll probably end up trying to buy the perfect suspension setup for myself. We'll see though.

For the price of the car, I would rather get the four point roll cage that they sell on OptAuto.com. Or get a custom cage. I have the ebay bars and the aerospeed floor bar. My car is as stiff as it is going to get(without a roll cage).
