I hate that rocking too. I went in to get it fixed, and they said they're a bulletin for some bushings on it. So they replaced and tightened it. So much better after that. Only problem is it only lasted a month...now it rocks again. So I have to take it back in...

same here took mine in, blah blah blah, fixed it and it lasted about 2 weeks, at the dealership i went to they said that there is a problem with it loosening up, i want to know how to tighten it, or better yet get rid of the heighth adjustment thing all together. im even thinking about getting one seat just to get rid of this crappy seat this seat can kiss my

My driver seat rocks too. Brought it in the 1st time, the service guy told me they have updated bushings for the seat,I didnt know this,so I was like cool,a definate fix. They replace the bushings. Then a couple of days later it started rocking again,so I bring it in again and they replace the bushings again. A week goes by and again the seat is rocking. So I bring it in a 3rd time and they tell me they wont fix it and to wait for and talk to the district manager. A week goes by and then I meet with the district manager. He basically says that the movement in my seat was "normal" and then he goes on to compare my car(2002 Ex) to another car(a 2001 Dx) and he was like, see this one rocks too,I can even hear it rocking. I sat in the seat and it didnt move at all. The TSB for the bushings is for the Ex driver seat only right? Well anyway my seat still rocks till this day and is really annoying. Sorry for the long post.

Steve

are they supposed to fix it even though its out of warrenty, i have 70,000 miles on my 2001. well it took the slow aces like 2 hours to "fix" it last time i dont know if its worth it i hate this freakin seat honda isnt living up to there deal, they are suppossed to be good reliable cars, blah blah blah to all you that will say its just a $15000 car, well that is $15000 of my hard earned money, and its starting to **** me off you would think that with all the probs they have been having with this that they would have found it before they started mass-producing them. i thought that i would always be a honda fan, and i prolly will be, but this just pisses me off sorry have to vent, all of yall know exactly what i mean.

why doesnt honda just give us all a break and recall the seats and just put in the normal sliders

that would make me happy, and thats the only thing that will.
