I just got my 50 shot of nx installed and im ready to add on something else new. I curenty have a Injen CAI and apexi N1 exhaust with custom piping. which would be more usefull for supporting my nx. Should i get an Apexi S- AFC (does the V-afc vtec work for our models?) or Hp headers with the cat eliminator. Thanx for all your imput.

pS. the nx is so tight i whoop up 60% more rice burners ---- NX

Our cars use V-AFC.......there is a GroupBuy for them going on now in that forum

Get Kamikaze header instead of HP.............Kamikaze provides more gains and no engine mount cutting

Thats what I have, Love it and it's is good if you have nitrous for the increased flow. I think it sounded like crap after putting it on because there was no cat. Really, it sounded bad!!! I mean I have heard some crappy exhausts but this sounded worse and it was on my car! I had a high flow cat welded on there asap. sounds much better now. I'd say thats your best bet if you have NO2.

HELL YEA!!! Whenever a performance part comes out it is always available for the EX.........the highest trim cars always get the parts. It's the lower models that you have to search for parts for.

Sorry to say, but that's wrong. The Kamikaze header is only available for the LX/DX. I talked to Kamikaze, and they said since companies like DC sports were only making a header for the EX, they decided to make a header specifically for the LX/DX. This header is not for an EX.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/IMG]

Okay, that's fine. I bought my header about 6 months ago, when one for the EX was not available. They also told me they didn't have plans to make one for the EX. I was simply stating what I was told by the company.

Anyways, for anyone interested, that price is a ripoff. You can get a Kamikaze header at a much better price than that.

Also, Flyriceracer, since you proved me wrong and apparently you know everything (as well as how to be an a$$hole), then I've got a question for you. You make it sound like several on this site with EX's have Kamikaze headers. I have never seen anyone with an EX with a Kamikaze header, so could you please enlighten me with some names? I would like to see for myself.

Well, that would be fine, but you said others on this site had them as well. I'm assuming by you making that statement you would know of the members you're referring to. The reason I'm asking is because I find it hard to believe. Not because the part isn't available, but because most people don't want to ditch their cat. Also, alot of people with EX's go with the DC sports header, but people with LX's or DX's don't have that option.

We have no emissions testshere in SC..........so I don't care how much I polute the air or how loud I make my car sound.

I can't think of anyone off the top of my head who has em.
