this is an unusual question......

does any one know what kind of font that is used for
the rised "HONDA VTEC" letters on the spark cover???

that is a odd question,.. but if it were my "guess" and thats all it is,.. I would say "lucida" console or sans unicode. but their probably isn't a font for it in MS word or any other word programs.
If you don't mind me asking, why do you want to know that?.

well.....i want to customize and replicate the word in a red decal......
in other words....print out a exact same size, font, sticker to put over the word.....

i know it will be easier just to paint the thing but the idea of having it permanent is
an unsettling thought....plus i do a horrible job when it comes to those things

Try a graphics or lettering shop. Find a template online and then measure and size it, then they can print the decal off of their computer in red vinyl.

why not take off the valve cover & scan it?.. then just mess around with it in photoshop or paint?.. I don't know if you'll ever find the exact font.. Lucida is probably as close as you'll get...maybe.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG]
