HR or Eibach

Regarding lowering springs, which one is better for a 2001 EX 2 Dr. HR or Eibach springs. Also is a 1.3 drop even noticable? Thanks!

Well, I had the Eibach Pro Kit on my car (check member's rides) and mine sat almost like the sedan in the pics.

Now I have the Goldlines and it sits a little lower. I'm hoping to have some new pics maybe this weekend. Since it's NBP it's hard to get a good pic of the tire / fender gaps.

Not sure about the HR at all, but there is some good stuff in this site.

he has a coupe...
i personally dont think the drop is noticable with H&Rs. i dont even think its noticable with eibach sportlines. i have neuspeed sports(which is a similar drop to sportlines) and people could hardly tell my car is even lowered... go with neuspeed race if you dont have a kit, neuspeed sports if you have one

i have eibach pro-kit, and it definitely improves handling and gives the car a slightly more aggressive look, but i'm considering switching to goldlines when they get redesigned.

I have H&R Sport on my coupe and you can tell it's been lowered! I have less then a 2 finger gap in the front (I'm a girl with small hands) and 2 fingers in the back...If you go with a body kit I would recomend the Sport, if you go with race you will need to start paying attention to which speed bumps you will scrape over I am very happy with my springs! Great handling...Also, don't forget that every car is different and that even if H&R's sport promise a 1.3" drop it might turn out to be more then that after your springs settle...

I've got H&R on a coupe also, and they're not bad. Mine dropped 1.75 up front and 1.5 at the rear...sorry no pix though.

For those of you that have the H&R's and stock stuts, what was/is the ride difference?
Does it still ride smoothly?
Does the rear still bounce or is that cured by the H&R's?

Thanks,

Trevor- can't believe you have to sell your ride....it's sweet.

Damn, I am still undecided, but thanks for the input.

I'm kinda thinking I should wait to hear about the H&R coilovers, when they come out next year. In the mean time I have a cadillac ride in my honda.
