Roof Rattle
Whenever I go down bumpy roads I get this extremely annoying rattle...It's driving me insane now and I can't figure out what it can be or how to fix it. Anyone else have this problem??

Rep Power: 0 do you have a moonroof....i know one person on this site that has had that problem with a 2k1 civic. he went to lowes i think and got some kinda tape that is meant for insulating i believe by 3M....i cant remeber but the problem went away

I had a rattle that sounded like it was coming from the roof, but it turned out to be the third brake light in the back. I still haven't figured out a way to stop it.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/IMG]

Check the hand handles on the roof might need to be tightened. They tend to rattle when they are loose. (The springs in them are kind a weak)

Rep Power: 0 I have a two door coupe...there are no handles. So far I've been able to stop it if i push right where the windshield meets the roof on the driver's side, but it doesn't always come from right there.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/IMG]
