Turbo Kit Parts List

I just want to know the essential parts to get a turbo kit assembled...

1. turbo
2. custom piping
3. intercooler
4. bov
5. new clutch
6. boost gauge
7. boost controller
8. a/f gauge
9. wastegate
10. new injectors
11. turbo timer
12. spark plugs
13. air filter


anyone like to add to this list or correct me on this list about the nonesstial parts that go with a turbo kit...

a turbo timer is nice...BUT NOT NEEDED. all it does is keep the car running for a couple minutes after you drive around in order to circulate oil through the turbo and cool it down.

you COULD leave the stock one I think... but its MUCH better to upgrade

yeah, it's not needed if you don't mind changing the oil in your turbo every 200 miles or so. that stuff will cook inside a hot turbo. it keeps it spinning so it doesn't burn itself out.

at least that's what i've been told by others on this site.

timer is needed if you want you bearings to be in good condion because of the heat you will coke your oil and you want it to idle and cool down before you shut it all the way down
