B series engine swap

The engine bays on our 7th Gen Civics our smaller than those on previous Civics. I've seen a K series engine swapped into a 7th Gen Civic. I'm wondering if anybody has done or has heard anything on a B series engine swap into our new Civics. Tell me what ya'll think.

You could be right on that. But I've read in a magazine that the K series engine isn't as easy to play with compared to the B series. I also read that people would be better off modding a B series.

Most states have a law that says you can only swap in engines that are the same year or later as your car. Thus, only the B18 engines in the 2001 integras are the only legal swap into our cars. There are rumors that 7th gen civics from other parts of the world, like the Middle East, came stock with a B Series engine. Just rumors....?

Yeah that is kind of weird, maybe it just takes longer for them to get the cars? Prob. not but damn that does say 1.6, how weird. Maybe there is hope of the golden B swap.

"1.6 SOHC VTEC II"
I may be wrong but I think that all B engines are DOHC. Its probably just the d16 like the old civics.

A little info for those of you who don't live in Phoenix. Tonight I saw the Hasport sedan with the K20a2 swap (seen in Honda Tuning) run at the track and it was getting consistent 16.3 QT's kind of sucks for a car with a RSX type S engine. Just a little info to those who are considering this swap for 10 grand.
