i have the same tires on neuspeed sports, and i dont rub at all. you should be fine. check my members page for pics. 215-40-18 is pretty thick, my car looks stock height with a small fender gap. might want to look into 215-35-18 or 225-35-18

i think that look like 17s and that it looks like rims alot of people have. i dunno, i like my rims to stand out and be different from others.. my rims i know mine is a 5 spoke but its not your typikal 5 spoke wheel.

Yeah I am thinking of 18" 215/40 or a 17" 215/45 can't make up my mind myself its an extra $244 to jump to 18" don't want to bend a rim or something

ya from 16" to 17" its only like a $100-150 difference and from 17" to 18" its a $200-300 difference but to me it was worth it. i'm a fan of big rims, 17s were just to small and everyone has 17s on their car. so ya i had to go with 18s. i wanted 19s but i didnt have the money and ya i was worried about cracking a rim. i decided to go with 17s over 18s because ya IMO it was worth it. it was something i was going to keep for what 3 years and i didnt want to regret getting 17s. 18s are even small for me, n i regret getting my tires 215-40-18, they're just so thick for 18s. but i guess a thick tire is better then a bent rim. 40 series, should be thick enough to protect most potholes. i've hit a couple of them hard and my tires are still fine.

i have 215/45/17 tires.. my wheel are +40MM offset. no probs at all. plus i have the same springs. H&R sport 1.3 drop. if you figure... go up to 18's.. tire goes down to 40.. it will be the same.
