hey I live in chicago and took some pictures like that! Mine are mostly behind graffitti and in some dope parking lots. At my university, there is the best place to get a shot of the sears tower. they closed the street off, but that wont stop. I will get some pics up when I buy my scanner by the end of the month. EL Tape is a product used for doing light mods on computer cases. It is flat and runs on 12 volts. If you look at the daytime pics, you can see the tape on my fender. I used 3M Outdoor Double Sided Tape to mount it to my fender, and a SPDT relay to make it turn on constant with the parking lights and alternate with the corner turn signal (as seen in the movie). Unfortunately, the complex circuit I made didn't work, so I wired it the simplest way so that the sidemarkers only function when the parking lights are on. (Super simple would mean they only light up when the turn signal is blinking).

You go to UIC? inanimatecarbonrod, car looks good. like the 5zigen fighters on the sedan. i'm starting to think the sedan looks better than the coupe. nice pic in front of soldier field too.

I've seen the side markers in real life. Whas cool about em is that if ur stanidng like 5 feet way you don't notice it at all cuz its jus a thin tape, untill it turns on

Oh I'd SOOOOO do it... if I could get my hands on my dad's video camera and I was in Chicago... Maybe if there's a meet in Chicago over break and I'm around (I'll be doin' some traveling as of right now, but plans change daily so who knows). Granted Chicago gets FREEZING, but it still might be fun. :

A DIY is in progress. I have to redo the passenger side cause I messed it up bad and it dosn't work anymore. As soon as the replacement tape gets here, I'll take some better pics for the DIY.
