Was it you? Sunday night (10/13) after midnight on 15 South
So last night I was coming back from Vegas and saw 2 modded 7th gen Civics on the 15 heading towards San Diego. The first was a EBP w/ OEM spoiler, 17's (I think) altezza's, dark tint, muffler w/silencer and blue headlights, not cleared. The 2nd was NBP with OEM rims, projectors, altezza's, same style silenced muffler, green licence plate lights and Tipton Honda logo plate. Was it you?
