Painting Altezza

Ok Last week I took off my altezza's but now I want to put them back in and I want to paint them black like this

The ones I have right now look like this

Does anybody know how to pop the clear and red lens out? is it sealed with the same material they use to seal the outside?
BTW im not talking about the outside im talking about the inside where the lens are

Anyways Im going to paint them soon and was wondering what method is best while I do this? I need as much information as possible I don't want to mess up just like I messed up my headlights couple weeks ago

I Just need to know what method and paint
I know what to do when the lens are out but how should I get them out?
I know that when I do get them out I have to saran wrap it then put it back in the same place then paint away

if you messed up on your headlights what makes you think you could do this?
it should be easy tho, rider did it. got it custom painted to match his green car.
taking it off should be easy, its just the painting that might not. oh and he also left the clear cover off to give it a 3d look.. looks better imo too.

hey wssup...just a suggestion...for me clearing headlights were alot easier when i used this...its pretty much a heat gun that blows heat up to 650F...it makes clearing headlights a lot easier...it took me literally 5 mins or less to clear each headlight..."ak" saw first hand how quick it loosen up the black glue so it was a lot easier to pry the headlights apart
