if so what do they say on them? like the numbers printed on the springs themselves?

29 359 VA on the fronts
29 359 HA on the rears

don't know if that is a batch or product number,
you could possibly have the same springs w/ a different number.
the product number for the sports is listed on H&Rs website and it isnt either of the above codes...
