Compression on Front Neuspeed Sport Springs Problem

Attached are some pictures of the springs. The spring on the front passenger side is compressed more than the driver side. I was wondering what is wrong and why it is doing this. I have called Neuspeed and emailed the pictures, but they have not gotten back to me.

Thanks, I just noticed that. I will ask the installer what he did with them. They were there last time I checked, but one of the struts blew and it was replaced. So, he might have taken it out then and forgot to put it back.

ya it looks like one of them is upside down... check to see if the tighter coils are at the top on the drivers side
