fog/water vapor in -taillight-
after searching I know people have had problems with their headlights fogging up after clearing them, but I'm experiencing this problem with my right taillight.it fogs up in the brake light area and sidemarker area. I recently shaved off the EX emblem, do you think the heat could have damaged something? how would I go about taking the fixture apart and resealing it if I need to?
thanks in advance

well, after taking off the assembly, I notied about 25mL of water inside the lens. I dumped out most of it and am going to use a hairdryer to get the rest of the moisture out. but my main question is, how did it get there in the first place?
