KC pothole patrol
hey everyone who lives nthe kansas city area, i propose we keep a pothole watch going so that i and when you hit or find a pothole you can warn everyone else about it. that way we can all look out for each other and each others cars.

there's a ton on the missouri side but most of the ones around the highway downtown are fixed. and anyone going southbound on I-35 should stay out the left lane right around the rainbow blvd exit.

i was just wondering northbound. i know there is an exit south bound. if you get off there and go towards westport. there is an exit ramp that looks like its comming from 35 north but Ironcow said there wasnt one.

i think is actually called the 7th street or 18th exit or something. cuz i know if you exit and take a right it goes to 7th street. if youturn left the it goes towards southwest trafficway and rainbow. if you're heading towards metcalf from downtown it's the exit right after the channel 62 studio. but anyways, the bump isn't on the exit ramp, it's on the actual highway in the far left lane. i'll drive by it later and see for sure.

mines black too. i got alteezas and chrome angel eyes. plates say buddha so feel free to wave your hands or honk your horn or something. i spend most of my time on the missouri side though. o, i had a quick question. dunno if you know the answer but i recently bought a front strut tower bar. i tried to put it on but my sri is in the way. i dunno if it's because the intake is a knockoff or because the strut bar is a knockoff. i got the intake from kc trends. it wsa one of them import tech ones. i got the strut bar off ebay. and they rub against each other. i'm gonna take a real good look at them tomorrow after class and see if i can't fix it but if you got any ideas you can pm me or hit me up on aol instant messenger. aim is: cvc rcr 816

dang man . . . 2 jobs and school . . . you mut wanna die young. anyways, someone answered my strut bar question. turns out that i bought the wrong strutbar. the one i got was designed for cars with no intake and since i have an intake then i have a couple of options now. buy another strutbar and sell this on or take out my intake and o back to stock. i might decide o go back to stocksince my car's an auto and there's really no need for an intake. but i dunno, if i can get good deal on anoter strut bar i might just go that route and sell this one. oh, and just for everyone's knowledge, the area of 435 riht where it hits 70 on the missouri side is still as bad as ever so if you gotta go that way be careful. i hit a couple rough spots last night

haha, i just did my konis friday afternoon. took 3 hours and $250 but well worth the time and install fee. i just got back from cruisin all the way to st joe and back on 435. actually i was plannin on circling 435 but i guess i took a wrong turn and ended up on 29 north. all good though. konis ride smooth. it ain't the same as stock but smooth enough. guess i'll adjust them in the morning and lower my back end a little more. had them put in just in time cuz the rear shocks blew some time this week. o yea, the southwest trafficway exit from 35 south is pretty bad. and southwest blvd is also pretty bad. careful in those areas.
