bye Z3 ooooooooh hello Z4
from my search results it appears as if i am the first to mention the fact that BMW is exchanging their Z3 model for Z4. the available engines will be 3.0i 225 hp and a 2.5i 184hp which i believe is the same as the Z3, but the body style IMHO is much better than the 3. BMWusa.com doesn't have much on the web thus far, but you can put yourself on the mailing list and they will send you whatever amount of info they feel you should have. check it out for yourself, i think it's an improvement and can't wait to see them on the road.

good point, i agree. i just think that after all the negative things ive been hearing of the new 7, they are changing another one and maybe this one will get a better response.

BMW should stick with coupes and sedans. they are much better than their roadsters and SUV's[hr]

[hr](From Edmunds.com)But, of course, all these additions and upgrades are just appetizers for the 4.6is' juicy main course: its beefed-up, ultra-potent 4.6-liter V8, which boasts a snarling 347 hp at 6,500 rpm and 354 pound-feet of torque at 3,700 rpm. It was clearly meant to steal thunder from the Mercedes ML55, and it does manage to best it in terms of horsepower: The ML55 comes in at 343. The brawny V8 aims to impress and it does, hustling the 4.6is from 0 to 60 mph in a neck-snapping 6.5 seconds.[hr]

This thing is, essentially, a fast and tall 5-series sedan (the wagon actually has more space than this).
The Z4 has these weird contours to it. The "licking flame" side fenders look... nasty.
And consistent with the 7 series, the rear looks strange and nasty
The more I see the 7 series, the more I say to myself, "what were they thinking?" That back of the 7 is sooo nasty. EEeesh.
