messed up tires

so i got my tenzo poke-10's today and i just noticed that my front left tire is 215/40/17 (the right size) and the other three are 205/40/17 they are noticably thinner and create more wheel gap making my car look nasty at those 3 wheels , btw i have H&R which is not much drop. Damn im mad those import stores seriously dont kno what they are doing half the time. damn im gonna be waiting at their front doopr when they open tomorrow and get mad. also the car kinda steers right because my left front tire is the right size and the other 3 are smaller. I was too scared to see how these screwed up tire sizes performed on the freeway. Damn this!!!!!!!

The difference on those tires is going to be so minor it won't make a noticable difference. How is the difference between 215 and 205 is going to effect the wheel gap.

Well the wheel gap will be 1 centimeter different from the other, I don't know if you can really see it with a naked eye but that would cause a alginment problem.

The wheel gap will not be effected. This is how it works. For example if you have tires that are 215/40zr 17 then the 215 is the width of the tire the 40 is the height of the sidewall the z in the zr signifies that the tires are rated over 149 mph(2401km/h) and the 17 is the size of the rim. So how is the wheel gap effected?

215 or 205 is the width of the tire in millimeters.
40 is the aspect ratio; the sidewall is 40% of the width.
17 is the wheel diameter.

THEREFORE, when comparing the sidewalls, 215/40/17 to 205/40/17,
40% of 215mm is greater than 40% of 205mm.

HOWEVER, we're looking at a 4.0mm difference (that's 0.2in for you domestic types)

it's a difference of about 12 rotations per mile. for every mile driven, the smaller tires
spin 12 times more than the larger tire.

it's enough to have the vehicle pull to one side, but very faintly. as for wheel gap?
i'll save that for the next class.

Excactly!! Thats what I meant, 1cm difference will cause the alginment problem but dought you could see it with your naked eye. I was reffering to what "jjk118" said with the tire being "thinner". 2cute this is what I was reffering to with the gap. Thanks woohoo.

I don't know but the problem might be that one tire that you have of a different size, that might cause uneven wear IMO...........
