Boy, my newbie friend, are you lucky I got to this one first. The answer is No, not yet. AEM should be coming out with one for production soon, since they already have a prototype. It has been speculated that you could use european civic rear disc brakes (they have them, ya know), or rear disc breaks from an Si, Type-S, or Acura EL. Now one's done it yet though, so be a pioneer!!!
