I think the only thing that would make it look better would be if it was mounted a little farther forward. But I have to say I am impressed. Not many people would actually go through with a roof mounted one. It seems like people are doing a lot of awesome things lately... mmm, K20.
oh newbie newbie newbie ..... he didn't mean obstructing your view he meant the fact the the screen is in view of the driver (you) which is completely illegal if the car is in motion. because for all obvious reasons you can't watch a movie while you are driving. so at night when your car is completely dark and that monitor is on it will be in view of any car around and there's no way gettin around that. so even if you have peeps in the back its still visible by you and that is illegal. moving it forward would make it even worse and moving it back would just put it completely out of your view ... legal.. but then i hope you have kids cause thats all its good for now. thats why so many people are putting them down low in front of the shifter because when they are on at night the cops can't see it. be careful and you might want to think about moding that thing to a lower spot if its for your view...
I don't understand when you say newbie, newbie maybe new in this forum and new with the law but I work in Car and audio istallation for years and I was an MCEP and I made a lot custom installation and never have problem but maybe with the new law that's right what you said!
how the heck have you not heard about this????? thats why on all the systems you have put in ????? you have to run the monitor to the parking break if you are running a screen in the deck because they don't want you running the screen unless the car is parked.

That looks nice but I alos have a sunroof. I have another idea that I saw in a 2k1. They used the entire middle section, the radio, vents, ac controls and accessory buttons. It was like a 10" screen. I thought that was wild. There are plenty of spots to relocate the other crap.
