Removing the Door Guards on the 4 doors

Is there anyone that has any insight on removing the door guards on my 4 door lx. For example like if its painted underneath, is it hard to do, or will it leave any marks on my doors from where they were? Please help I tried searching and couldnt find anything on this topic. Thanks.

If you want them removed take it to a body shop. There are holes in the door where little clip thingies go to hold it on, they would need filled in.

well, the coupe ones use adhesive so im not sure about the sedan ones...i would imagine that they are clips though. still take it to a body shop..

I think they are clips. I want to remove mine one day. My boyfriend and I removed the side moldings off his hatch, and it was so much work. I'll probably take mine to a body shop.
