Attaching AMP's to backs of rear seats

How do you guys mount your AMP's to the backs of the seats of the sedan? It doesn't feel like there is anything to screw into (Maybe I am wrong). Anyway, I have seen quite a few people do this and I need to clean up my install.

there isn't anything there but some bars.. Remove the carpetting from the back of the seat. use some 1/2" MDF or plywood.. place it behind the bars. Use some small U-bolts to hold it in.. then put the carpetting back on..and screw the top board into the board in the back..

If the amps are small enough you can still put both seats down seperately..if one amps too big..you have attach both seats together with the board..

you can line it up to be able to screw either the top or the bottom to one of the bars, and then for the other side, use a set of black zip ties and just tighten them really tight and it will not go anywhere, i did this a year and a half ago, and it has yet to move off the seat.
