DC sports tie bars

Anyone know the cheapest place to buy these? And to those who have them already, can you really tell the difference with the tie bars? or are they just a waste of money?

if you ask me. a bar without a pivot point would work better..

look at neuspeed (which comes out soon, late july they said)

or skunk2's...

either way, the only thing I would want one for is to reinforce my LCA... but thats only needed if I have a big sway bar... the 19mm rsx one I have now doesn't really need one I think.

just dont buy DC, I'm anti-DC...

I had them. The front strut bar and the rear tie bar. I liked them so much that I sold them.
I am now somewhat anti-DC as well. For front strut bar I think the best one out there (but expensive too) is the Mugen for the RSX. For the rear I would go with the Progress Group's rear sway bar/tie bar combination. It not only ties the pivot points together, but reinforces everything since the hardware for the sway bar goes through the rear tie bar. I think this is the best combination out there so far.

Hey Grey and Yoda, do you guys have any idea why the link to the upper strut tie bar on Nuespeed's website is blocked and it says "Product in Development"? LINK This part has been out for a while. Have you heard if they are changing it or something?

No, they're website guys are retards though. It's a common site to see outdated websites of aftermarket parts companies. Unfortuneately.

It's just strange because the last time I was there(months ago), it had a working link to the strut tower bar.

yeah. I remember it worked. then it didn't. lol.

but their front bar is definitely out.

actually they update their site pretty decently.. their webmaster (red guitar) is a pretty decent web design company...

their email support is decent too.. I always get a reply back in a day or so.

oh yeah, to add more in, ComptechUSA also has a rear sway bar/tie bar combo that ties everything up too... its pretty expensive.. they also have an adjustable one.. which is pretty bad ***...

I haven't seen progressive's, hmm.. better look it up. wonder how much it is.

but for me, I'm going for a RSX 19mm and Neuspeed tie bar...

I haven't even lowered my car yet.. so I dont really need these, but I definitely felt the change from the rear sway. lots of my passengers have commented on how well my car takes those corners compare to their car.

Quality-wise they're excellent. Design-wise they're crap. Their designers wanted the same design that their front strut bar had to be on the back (with the offset design). It's not a direct connection, so instead of compression forces you've got bolt clamping forces coming into play. This means that you need to torque that sucker down like there's no tomorrow. Then you'll have the force transferred to compression forces. Anyway, this is a design flaw. I don't see how this product could do anything for the feel of the car even if you adjusted it properly. I'de get the sway bar/tie bar combination from the Progress Group.
