cable disconnected when my car got back from mechanic

Hey guys, my car just got back from the mechanic and I popped the hood to reveal that this cable is disconnected for some reason.

what do you guys think about that? Should I got ahead and reattach it or what? Thanks for the help in advance.

that cylinder that u circled is ur VTEC hydrolic cylender that the thing that activates ur VTEC! hell yea hook that back up. it shoots the pins through the rocker arms to make the VTEC lobes on the CAM touch
