Most likely it is the same rim made by two different companies. That would be my best guess. That would also explain the price difference.

Yo Ill tell you what the diff is...

look closer man. The design on each spoke on one pops out, the other pops in... get what I am tryin to say? Cool Other wise save 300 bucks and get the cheaper ones if they're worth it. Aight man.
