can this spoiler fit on the civic sedan?
so im looking through bimmertoys.com and i see this lip spoiler that they have for the E46 model (the new 3 series).

the thing attaches with tape, no drilling required, it costs $150, compared to like $350 for the wings west flush spoiler for the 2k1 civ that only goes on coupes. but anyways, i looked into the dimentions, and the 3 series bimmer is only 1 inch wider than the 2k1 civic. so im thinking, can this spoiler fit on the civic sedan? perhaps with a little shaving/filing???? its only 1 inch!
id like to hear what you all think.
(im guessing that "tech stuff" is the right forum to post this, if not sorry for putting this in the wrong place)

i heard the new hybrid spoiler costs like $400!! i know it would be a perfect fit, but there arent even any sites that sell the hybrid replacement parts. and everyone knows getting parts from honda is a rip off! plus that would be an easy solution. hahaha
but what do you think tho?? is this possible?? i mean $150 for like you said, a pretty much identical spoiler. just probably a bit longer than the width of the trunk (maybe).
or you think i should just wait like a year for replacement parts to start showing up for the hybrid??
