Yeah, they do suck. Today it was raining and I was peeling out all over the place. I could feel the car loosing traction too. I was driving on the edge on certain turns, but I wasn't going all that fast either. In the snow you say... Pretty bad. You have to be really careful and drive extra slow. I blame my Firestones on my 1.7 entirely for ramming me into the median three weeks ago. Not the ludacris speed at which I was driving at. Just the tires. And the rain a bit.

The dealers here in Mexico have an Pirelli upgrade for $70, i didn´t buy them cause i whas going to buy wheels when i got the car, but i haven´t after 4 moths

pure and utter CRAP the stock Firestones are with the civic
First thing I did was upgrade the tires to Yokohama Avid H4 205/60/r15 on my Si, they kick ***, borderline a little wide for the stock alloys but within limits and look and function beautifully.
I am thinking of selling the alloy's and tires to upgrade my wheel size ...look for my thread
