Updated my Ride with Pics (CF Hood & Projectors)
Hey,
I recently added a CF Hood with some Projectors.
My Ride
The last picture is an old pic of my car. Since then I have added a Tint, CF Hood, Projectors and more importantly lost the altezzas. What a difference.
I have to go to a body shop because from the accident I recieved a while back there were some things pushed in behind the front bumper, and that is why there is a slight gap between the hood and the lights. They quoted me $300.00 with some touch up paint. I think its too much, so I'm still looking.
Anyways, next week I should add a H.I.D Conversion Kit. And by next month, I will be adding the whole Kamanari Kit but probaly won't be painted until early August.
Let me know what you think.

It looks good man'! Keep up the good werk!
But um... Isn't your muffler suppose to be in Engine/Performance Modifications rather than being in Exterior Modifications?

Thanks for the compliment.
But, the muffler doesn't add anything for my preformance, so I listed it as a exterior mod which it is to me. Just adds sound and looks.
When, I get the cat-back then I guess it would be in the Engine/Preformance section.

Hey,
Thanks guys for the compliments.
I didn't do the hood pins, the aftermarket store I purchased the lights, cf hood and the pins from did the installation.

Thanks. I was kinda worried at first on how it will turn out. I think the CF hood looks great on Yellow, Black and White cars but wouldn't know how it would be with mine. So I decided to go with matching Projectors, taking off the Altezzas and putting a Tint to try and match everything.
To me it looks pretty good. Next up is the Kamanari Body Kit.

Again thanks for the compliments. I really appreciate it.
As for the tint, IMO it was probaly one of the best mods I got for my car. You can tell from by comparing the last pic in my members ride with the rest.
After the tint, I went with a more steathly look and took off the altezzas.
My car is going to take a slight hit with the clean look because I have to install the front license plate by next Thursday, because of a fix it ticket. Oh well.

Nice car. What brand of CF hood is that? and if you don't mind me asking how much did you pay for it? I'm in So Cal as well and am looking for a nice quality CF hood that doesn't cost like $600-700.

The hood is a no brand name, I got it from Island Motor Sports here in Southern California (Buena Park).
The cost was $300.00, I bought it with the Projectors and the hood pins for $515.00 out the door.
The hood is constructed cheaply, and I would suggest buying a more expensive hood if you like quality.
Another problem I have with it, like most CF hood in that price range, is the hood doesn't fit perfectly.

SugarRay: I like the way your car is evolving. Good job! I have a couple of questions for you though: 1) How much does your hood weigh? 2) Are the pins needed? Does your hood latch work? I'm thinking about going without the latch when I get a CF hood and just using pins. So that's why I'm wondering. 3) Would you be able (in your opinion) to install the hood pins more towards the center, like above the very edges of the grill? Thanks.

WOW!
