I help out frequently w/ the N.S.P.L. (National Sound Pressure League), and every few months they do a car show along w/ the sound contests. I was put in charge of the car show at the finals this year, and I will have a class for the 7th gens. The show will take place Sat. Aug.31 & Sun Sept.1(Labor Day weekend) in Charlotte NC at the merchandise mart. I am unaware of the entry fee, but I know for extra$$$, you can park inside the bldg. and display your car. It will also be locked in the bldg. overnight for safety. in years past they had hired night time security guards to keep an extra eye out. I was just curious to see how many people was coming! The entry fee is $35 to park inside and $25 to park outside. Just to get in and look is $5. The show is prodomently a stereo show but they also hold a car show. I will be there all weekend b/c I am judging. But ther will be a class for the 7th gen if enough people show.

That's good news man
I'm glad that finally is a class for our cars, we can't compete with guys that had a civic for a few years and parts are so easy to get for other gen civics.

I am in a position were I can form classes at this show. The next will be in the Spring in Myrtle Beach, so hopefully the turn out will get bigger! i also have a few other side projects going on with my job that will possibly bring some cool events to the area

Really Good News
I live like i guess it'd be about 3 hrs away from charlotte (Rocky Mount) and like supermex was saying i was getting tired of entering with older modle cars that have had years to work on their cars. I don't think i can make it to the charlotte one, but just about definetly going to the myrtle beach one, can't get much better then 7th gen's, girls, and the beach.... can it???
