Hi there, I can't seem to find any info about this online. Long story short, I bought this 2013 Civic 1.4 petrol ivtec se 2 weeks ago, and did not make the connection with the AC and the noise until now. It seems that the rattle noise appears after the engine gets warmer(15-20 min of driving) and only when the AC is engaged, more louder when the engine is idle. Otherwise climate control works fine, no noise while the car heats up, also, even with this intermittent noise, the AC works perfect and blows cold air.



I have recorded a video but I am a beginner with cars so not sure what to look at.



You can see the video down below where the car is idling and the noise comes and goes every couple of seconds. Climate control has been set to Low with AC on.

I would really appreciate if anyone has any idea of what could cause this, or if anyone has had this issue.
