coilovers --> give u the chance to adjust the ride height
springs --> no adjust ride height

Eibach Sportline springs --> 2~2.5" lower
Eibach Pro-kit springs--> 1.5~1.8" lower

Koni Yellows shocks --> allow you to adjust the ride comfort

the quality of your ride will decrease after u put aftermarket springs on, cause they are stiffer, then again u can put "Koni Yellows"
to calm down the bouncy ride after u go over a bmup

and jsut a thought, u might want to post this at "Suspension Performace" section ....just a thought..

I would agree, full coilover kit. H&R or B&G coils are great. No struts needed since thay have a built in strut. If not that, go Koni Yellow struts with Ground Control Coils. Springs are great with new struts but if you get caught by police you are not able to raise the car without the extra work. With coils you can raise and lower at will.

H&R has both the sleeve coils and the full coils suspension. Just a note.

they actually can. sort of.... theres a law stating that your tailights have to be at some height. if your car is very very low, theres a chance it wont be above that height. but ya most likely not with our cars.
