Hi, I was wondering what to do with the throttle body wheel which holds the cable. It is a bit rusted dirty. (see picture) Just replace it, is it expensive ? or clean it up ? remove rust and paint it a bit ? Is it easy to remove that wheel, just that one bolt ?
You could try a drill wire wheel on it then rust converter such as Ospho on it. As long as it's not rusted through and structural integrity is still intact it should be salvageable. Otherwise replace it.
