Hello, will the offset ruin the car in anyway for example valve timing? etc.? Also do I put the Wider tires at the front or back?

Timing Chain, smaller size tire= faster speed rating, bigger the tires= slower speed rating, another words it will throw off everything Imo because the Wheel revolution now takes longer to spin around than the right size tire and rim. I think the car's engineered quite pretty good if you ask me in it's original state (No mods) depending on what you're looking for. If the tire revolution is off by the tire either being to big or to small it will throw off the crank shaft timing, valves you name it. Correct or incorrect?

So utterly, completely incorrect.
If the tire OD ends up being different than stock the speedometer will be slightly off. The engine speed may be slightly different to maintain the same speed as before. Not anywhere near different enough to cause any sort of mechanical damage

Yes correct, but the S2k AP1 Rims need to have the same size tire as Factory R18 tire.

No... they have to be tires that fit 18" rims. The width and the aspect ratio can be different.

changing tires/wheels will absolutely not impact the engine at all, they are not linked.
They will impact how the car will react.
Valves, timing are completely separate.
Bigger OD tires/heavier wheels will make car sluggish in acceleration, but engine timing is still the same.

I think he is still talking about the R18 engine, not 18" rim size... which is... Physically outrageous

yeah, took me a while to understand the "R18 tires" myself, like there are tires specific to an engine...
