2000 Civic EX 4dr water on floorboards

2000 Civic EX 4dr water on floorboards
I have a 2000 Civic sedan non-sunroof car that gets water on the driver side floor both front and back. The passenger side is missing the black molding on the roof, could that cause water to drain onto the driver side? ANy info in general on the drainage hoses on the car? Thanks.
