Hello Guys hope all is good with you !

i have a 2018 civic auto transmission, almost 100k miles on it , never changed transmission oil and wondering if it’s too late to do so ! I read some articles that says that my transmission would be damaged by now and changing the oil would make it worse, what do you think guys ?

did anyone ever made his oil change at 100k miles ?

def change it. I think you're thinking of a flush as opposed to drain and fill.
