Working with an '04 or '05 Civic with an ECU with the part number 37820-PLM-C72. Haven't encountered one with the last three characters C72 before and was wondering if it came with the car originally. From what I recall, some ECU's that are made later as replacements (not necessarily for these Civics, or even Hondas) have different part numbers even though they're the same part as the one that came with the car. Is that the case with this one, or is the C72 suffix ECU just uncommon and the reason I haven't run into one before? If it is a different numbered replacement, which one did it replace? By the way, this isn't an issue, I was just curious and figured it would be nice to know for future reference where it might end up relevant.
