During my engine swap, I ran into trouble pulling off my crankshaft pulley. I bent a crowbar, the pulley tool was a bust, and the 500 ft-lbs impact wrench did nothing. So I purchased a 1050 ft-lbs impact wrench and it still did nothing.
So after reviewing YouTube, I bought the Lisle 19mm harmonic balancer, and somehow the heavier socket did it! It came off in a moment.
It goes on lefty-loosy, righty-tighty.
Hopefully this is helpful should someone else be struggling with that stupid bolt! X
I personally used one of these with a breaker bar wedged against the LCA to hold it still, and another breaker bar with a 19mm impact rated socket and a pipe over the handle to break that stubborn mf'er off. Same procedure to install it, but with a torque wrench instead of a breaker bar. Oh, I also had a jack stand supporting the impact-rated ½" drive extensions

I'm glad that worked for you! I had already dropped the engine out of the car, so I couldn't get leverage. 🙄 Really didnt want to tear my engine mounts, I did those last summer.
Oh yeah, if the engine is out of the car, yeah, breaking that sucker loose is a pain in the ***. I've done that before though with a similar method, just a lot more blood and curse words being strewn about.
