Car shakes with load

I just recently changed the oil in my automatic transmission in my 2004 hybrid. Recently as in two days ago. After I made sure to do some laps around my neighborhood and get it worked in. I made sure to use the right kind of oil so I’m 99% sure its not the oil I put in. Read the manual and got a brand at Baxter’s that had the same name. It was an import oil company and the guy said it’s the stuff. It also was not labeled CVT oil it was like ATF Z-1. This was to help a shaking when initially accelerating that the car had done for over a year. The oil change helped this a lot but the shaking is still slightly there.

HERES THE NEW PROBLEM

so the new issue is almost like it feels like the wheel bearing is bad or the CV axle is bad. The car shakes only sometimes and sometimes when going slow and sometimes only when going fast (40mph+) so I took it in an open parking lot and drove in full lock circles each way. There was not shake or clicking when doing this. Went home and jacked it up and spun the front wheels. No play side to side and not clicking noise when spinning. Turned full lock each way and spun and still no clicking or spinning. Could it be when it’s only under load? One CV axle has a lot of grease splattered around it but the boot is in tact. I’m not sure if that was due to it being replaced and the PO left it greasy or not. Could it be that CV but it didn’t make a noise since it was going so slow? When going between 25-40 the shaking is bad the. Going faster it just turns into a vibration. Could it be the trans fluid? I’m not sure any help would be great.
