New 2002 EX owner here

2002 Civic EX Coupe, Automatic.

Background - $500 car, with no maintenance records & 167000 miles.

Engine maintenance was just completed by my technician.

Next on the list;
- replace the Front Upper Strut Bearing Plates, the rubber bushings are blown out.
- replace the Front Lower Control Arms, the rubber bushings are blown out.
I'm planning on replacing the strut assembly from Detroit Axle.
I'm planning on replacing the lower control arms & upgrading to a "Red Stiffer Bushing." (the roads here suck in Korea)
I'm planning on installing two new Timken wheel bearings.

Would you recommend I purchase hubs also, when doing the wheel bearings? Do the hubs & bearings usually come apart pretty easily?

Any recommendations on better parts? Anything else to consider?
Thank You
