Steering wheel centering?

Steering wheel centering?

So Im familiar with drag links being responsible for adjusting or keeping the steering wheel straight and centered as you're driving a straight line.
This new civic, the steering wheel is ever so **** eyed to the left as I drove straight down the road.

I see that FWD cars do not utilize a draglink type of component. So how exactly would I go about centering this steering wheel up? I'm talking maybe 5 degrees that it is off center. Not a catastrophic amount, but enough to other me.
Am I stuck getting an alignment and letting the shop do this. Or is this something that's DIY?
The car drives straight and true down the road.

Technically you can have all 4 wheels in perfect alignment to each other but not to the car as well.

Our senior mod will state he only does “ 5 wheel alignments “ to make sure the steering wheel is right.
Also, even if the wheels and steering are in perfect alignment, brake/wheel bearing drag, worn suspension parts can cause the car to still pull slightly at speed.
But you never know what the previous owner did, possible he popped the steering wheel off and put it back one spline off,

Never counted the amount of splines, I would imagine it’s in the 20-30 range so one jump likely take you 5 degrees the other way.

Have yet to see any report of prior work done regarding the steering components. He sent me home with a huge log of work and maintenance that's been completed the last 100k miles.
It drives too straight and true for me to expect there are damaged tie rods/rack and pinion. That's IF he hasn't had the steering wheel off in the past. Which again, id have no knowledge of knowing.
Maybe an alignment will do the trick. And if it doesn't, atleast if there is somthing visually wrong or worn...they'd see it. And I can address it on my own time.
