Not a ricer boi is an unknown quantity at this point
General: Rims, rear disc brake conversion, muffler

So I have an 09 Civic with steelies and hubcaps and I'm looking to upgrade rims. What are the specific dimensions of the rims and do you have any recommendations as to cheap rim options that look good? I'm getting caliper covers as well. I also am looking into putting discs on the back to replace the garbage drums. Is that worthwhile or too much work. Also, any suggestions for a muffler that makes some noise when I want it to but is relatively quiet in normal driving? Also, any other cheap and easy mods I should do? Thanks.

Google. TireRack.

do you have any recommendations as to cheap rim options that look good?
Check Craigslist for a used set. Visit manufacture websites to find a style you like. Google image search that wheel and your car. TireRack even has a little graphic thing that shows you a wheel on your car. Looking good is a matter of opinion, get what you like.

Unless you are tracking or a spirited daily driver it won't be worth it IMO. The back does not do much stopping. Money would be better spent upgrading to better pads and rotors. If you want something that most people don't have and want to stand out then sure go for it. I am sure there is more info on the parts you need somewhere out there.

Find a muffler that fits your budget and check YouTube. A universal Maganaflow, Flowmaster or glass pack can get welded in from a muffler shop for not too much money. Maybe custom fit an Si muffler?

any other cheap and easy mods I should do? Thanks.
Lowering springs or coilovers to make it handle better and look better. LED upgrades are nice. Intake if you want to hear the engine more.

Paint the calipers instead of putting super cheesy covers on. It will look much better

I agree! Someone at work has those on a Charger and it just looks ridiculous.

Look wise, these rims are sick https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003M8HB9U/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_7FciCbB1E66K0. Probs garbage but they look nice. I have a blue Civic so that's a plus. I actually work at a Honda dealer so any work can be done super cheap, and the SI muffler is a great idea. I can't believe I didn't think of that. I really just wanted rear didscs for looks but not worth it. I'll get red calipers (or at least covers) for the front ones only. I was watching crisfix on YouTube and am thinking about seeing what rims I can get from a junkyard (my friend owns 2, I have connections all over for cheap stuff) and fixing them up according to his video here https://youtu.be/9WQiqYlpxoY. Thoughts?

Those would look nice. Konig makes great daily driver wheels at an affordable price.

Junkyards are a great place to help safe money on parts.

Refinishing rims can be tedious but worth it. I did a set for my car.
Seriously don't put the caliper covers on, paint the calipers instead
