2002 Civic LX - cranks, won't fire $600

Complete car, 250k miles, Clean title. Been my commuter car for the past 3 years. The other day it started misfiring and stalling. Now it just cranks and won't fire. Cams are still turning so timing belt isn't broken. This was just a secondary vehicle so I don't want to dump any money into it.
Body has very minimal rust, some dings, scratches, etc. Hood has clearcoat peeling. Interior has no rips, clean. 5spd manual transmission shifts like butter. Engine has oil leaking from valve cover and oil pan. Didnt smoke or burn oil.
Newer:
Battery, alternator, front struts, muffler, tires & alignment.
Would part out, but I don't have time. Fix or use for parts car. I bought it from the original owner at 209K.
$600 Cash
Title in hand
