2001 Honda Civic Ex 1.7 L 2 door stock except whats listed
I've replaced the coil packs, spark plugs and just ordered injectors because mine are dirty and just bought new ones, I've done a valve adjustment and set the intake to .25 and the exhaust to .30

When the light is blinking the computer thinks that a serious issue is wrong with the car and that damage will occur if driven.

Based on the ammo you have already shot out of the parts cannon, did you have the P codes read?

Based on the ammo you have already shot out of the parts cannon,
Call in for a parts air strike!

Where'd you get that spec from? I'm assuming that's in mm, yes?

Spec for the D17 is .007" (0.18mm) on the intake and .009" (0.23mm) exhaust

You're a few thousandths out of spec there. 2.8 thousandths on the intake and 3 on the exhaust, to be precise.

On my feeler gauge it said .008" (.25mm) and .010" (.30mm)

Re: my Engine light only blinks when my car is warm and idling

So did the new injector/s solve anything?

You said the issue only comes up at idle when warm, so at what rpm does it stop blinking?

How repeatable is the issue?

Was their a difference in the spark plugs appearance in the cylinder that was misfiring vs the other 3? Plug fouled with oil or simply not getting enough fuel will have indicators.

Has the engine wiring harness ever been removed? Possibly broken wire loosing contact as engine shakes more at idle.

Have you cleaned the ground contacts on the thermostat housing? Heat in that area might be affecting the wire harness grounds if they are loose and or corroded.

Did you do a compression check? Is this a 100k engine which likely has good rings still or a 300k engine that doesn’t?

That'll be fine..I'd be ok with .008" and .010", if you did it correctly. Probably won't even make excess noise.

Do you mean P0301, cylinder number one misfire?

Compression test?
