We can't see whatever concerns you are seeing in the paint.
Brand new car? Car is under warranty, return to your Honda dealer. Point out your issues.
If you bought a used car, you still need to return to the Honda dealer to see if it is a warranty matter. Or figure out what the matter is.
If you bought a damaged used car with lousy bodyshop work, you now own a used car with lousy bodyshop work. Unless your dealer will step up and handle it.

I mean... If one would just clean their minds of what they know about their cars - wiped memory, as in position themselves in our position - and re-read their own words - would they make heads or toes? ... i would think not...
