Car is driving me nuts here. Will not start, I first sprayed starting fluid into the intake, it will run till the fluid is gone, so I know there we have spark and compression. Noticed when I turn the key on, I do hear the famous click, but no pump running. So I replaced the pump. Still no start, and no pump running. I then replaced the main relay with a new one, and still same click, and no pump running. I then unplugged the relay, and ran a jumper wire from the battery + terminal and the fuel pump terminal, the pump will run, great, maybe my new relay is bad, so went to another part store and got another new one, and still same issue, I then went to check the voltage to the 3 terminals for 12volts. 2 with key on and one when cranking, so that checked out good. then I check the terminal for the fuel pump, and nothing still. Now I was sitting there with the volt meter still hooked into place, and poof, 12 volts shown up there and the car started, strange?? I took the car around the block, cut the car off and started about 5 times, worked great. about 30 mins later, it will not start, with no pump running. What am I missing here?

ECM.....? ECM controls the main relay. I'd open it up and see if it's had any capacitors leak electrolyte out.
