Muffler Silencer Stuck on my civic. Can anyone help me please?

Muffler Silencer Stuck on my civic. Can anyone help me please?

(Don't judge me I am only 18 and did not have a whole lot of money at the time.)
Anyways I had it installed and whatnot. When I asked to have the silencer removed the told me the silencer was not in there but I clearly see one in there. So I take the screw out and the silencer is stuck. Does anyone know how to get the silencer out?

Might be a terminology problem. How about 'can't remove the "baffle"'?

Yeah, I was kinda thinking the same thing. Thought I'd ask for pictures to see if it really is a stuck silencer or not.
