Lifter noise is not what I think I hear.........but then videos are horrible for trying to discern noises.
Is the oil empty?
Is the oil very very clean, as in JUST changed oil the day before you got it?
I hope you got that car super cheap.

Go to the shop and demonstrate the noises you did in the video.
Go to a few shops or people that really can fix cars and know WTF they are doing, get a few opinions.
I've heard things in videos and jumped to conclusions before without realizing just how microphone placement can alter or exaggerate engine noises or make some tones more pronounced than they would be when heard by a regular ear....
I don't want to be the one jumping to a wrong conclusion here again.
