hi all, I'm new on this forum from Georgia, I has Honda EF D15B, until I bought it it had a D13B (1.3) single carb engine, engine had swaped but there is 1.3's single carb still on the D15B. please give me any advises. I want carb engine, I am searching twin carbs but this is very old car in my country and its difficult to find parts. please anybody tell me if I can adjust 1.3's single carb on the d15b can this carb produces near 95HP with d15B ? thnx for att.

If the engine runs ok with the 1,3 carb, I might leave it alone unless/until you have the correct carb that actually goes to that engine.

It should run OK at normal driving but would lack a bit of power at top end and wide open throttle due to slightly smaller size.

Should still have fairly good economy even though it lacks a little power.

The last USA Honda I knew that used dual carbs were late 80s Prelude. I haven't seen one of those in maybe 10 years.

A poster here adapted a Solex carb from an old VW Beetle to work on his old civic that had carb problems, said it worked good for him.
