Street Value of my 99 ex?
So I bought this car with a blown engine and a crap load of problems. To shorten this down,
I bought a new engine with 76,000 miles on it (Have the paperwork on it too), and rebuilt everything. The whole car is new oem parts except the transmission. The car is all stock except for a DC Sports catback exhaust and coilovers. It has civic Si rims and the Si lips all around. The exterior looks brand new. The interior is nice and clean with the exception of the sunroof visor. The car has a salvaged title, but only because it was stolen back in 2003 (Have paperwork on that too). The car runs and looks great.
I'm looking to sell it and I want to know roughly how much I can get out of it.

Re: Street Value of my 99 ex?
In my opinion it's all about how it runs with the new engine and such. I would ask 2100$ I'd hope to get over 1500$ if it was my car. But it's all about what the next guy will pay. Good luck
Re: Street Value of my 99 ex?
Where are you? Here in Los Angeles that would easily bring $2500, maybe more, but around Oklahoma or something probably more like $1500. Looks clean, but salvage title always turns people off. Be as upfront about that as you can. From my experience selling used cars- ask high first, almost unreasonably high then let em talk it down from there. "It must be nice if he's asking that much for a salvage title old civic" is better than "dang why so cheap? Must be something wrong with it"
Oh I see the tag, you are somewhere in California
